HR Executive

About the Role

Excelero Fintech Private Limited is seeking an HR Executive to join their team in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. This position welcomes both freshers and those with up to two years of experience. Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting suitable candidates through various job portals and recruitment channels.
• Screening incoming resumes and conducting preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Maintaining daily records of candidate follow-ups to ensure effective communication.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and the recruitment team.
• Generating daily recruitment reports and providing updates to the HR Manager.
• Organizing and managing recruitment-related data using Microsoft Excel tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with others.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling.
• Capability to manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
• A positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

Compensation

The salary package offered is competitive within the industry, ranging from 15000 to 20000 INR per month.
