About the Role
CodeVertex Innovations LLC is seeking an HR Assistant to manage employee onboarding, maintain employment records, handle scheduling, and oversee daily human resources administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational workflows, maintaining accurate records and ensuring coordination across departments.
- Keep well-organized internal documentation and structured employee records.
- Effectively communicate updates, inquiries, and progress information with relevant team members.
- Safeguard confidential business, customer, employee, and financial information as required.
- Deliver consistent, dependable, and well-organized remote HR support.
Required Qualifications
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and dependability.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setup with responsibility and initiative.
- Comfortable operating within a formal corporate structure.
- Proficient in managing documentation, records, and administrative duties with accuracy.
- Strong organizational aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

- Prior experience supporting remote teams or handling documentation-intensive processes.
- Background in administrative, operational, customer service, HR, finance, or data analysis roles.
- Proven accuracy in repetitive tasks and managing internal systems effectively.
