Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest room cleaning services to create a relaxing and comfortable stay for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors and public areas near guest rooms.
- Adhere to Lost and Found protocols for any discovered items.
- Identify and report any safety issues or violations promptly.
- Communicate maintenance or repair needs effectively to the relevant departments.
- Track and report any missing guest room items.
- Ensure all linens meet brand standards for quality and presentation.
- Maintain trolley and pantry areas in a tidy and clean condition at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing work demands.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
- Preferably, at least one year of hospitality industry experience.
