We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our One&Only The Palm Hotel team in Dubai. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards and success of our resort by delivering exceptional service, supplying and preparing guest rooms, and providing turndown services according to hotel protocols.

Responsibilities

• Report to duty promptly with appropriate grooming as per hotel standards.
• Participate in daily briefings led by the Supervisor or Manager for task updates.
• Complete comprehensive training on resort procedures and standards to efficiently perform daily duties.
• Properly use and maintain all cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment following hotel guidelines.
• Clean, restock, and prepare guest rooms to uphold hotel quality benchmarks.
• Safely position cleaning trolleys in corridors to prevent hazards per hotel policy.
• Adhere to the resort's key control policies diligently.
• Operate necessary machinery and equipment responsibly.
• Report any malfunctioning tools, incidents, or guest room issues promptly to the supervisor and Engineering department.
• Manage lost and found articles in compliance with hotel regulations.
• Report any issues related to in-room safes and unusual guest behaviors as per standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of guest room layouts, corridors, and housekeeping storage areas and their contents.
• Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures of the hotel.
• Attend required training sessions for task competency and hotel compliance.
• Perform any additional housekeeping duties as requested by management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor and possess 1-2 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality settings or five-star hotels. They should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, excellent training and motivational skills, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in spoken and written English and/or another language is essential. Experience within the Middle East or GCC region is advantageous.
