Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards and ensure that all guest rooms are orderly and spotless.
• Place items correctly, fluff pillows to perfection, and keep mirrors and surfaces gleaming to exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate proactively within the housekeeping team to guarantee smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
• Contribute enthusiastically to a team environment focused on delivering outstanding service while enjoying the work process.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrate flexibility and a positive, solution-oriented mindset aligned with the 'Yes I Can!' attitude.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and be a creative problem solver.
• Show enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Have strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
