Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and ready guest rooms adhering to established hotel criteria and procedures to ensure all areas meet quality standards.
• Prepare housekeeping carts with appropriate supplies including guest amenities, cleaning materials, and fresh linens before each shift.
• Conduct detailed room inspections and report any maintenance issues or irregularities to supervisors promptly.
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests, demonstrating empathy and flexibility towards special needs.
• Observe Lost and Found policies rigorously, documenting and reporting items found during room cleaning activities.
• Honor "Do Not Disturb" signs and monitor room statuses to protect guest privacy during shifts.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services to provide guests with accurate information as needed.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct yourself as a positive representative of the hotel consistently.
• Perform end-of-shift checks to confirm that all equipment is stored correctly and no hazardous materials are left unattended.
• Communicate pertinent information to incoming staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operational continuity.
• Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working in hotel housekeeping, preferably within 5-star or luxury properties.
