Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning routines including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized thoroughly according to established procedures and safety regulations.
• Keep records of cleaning operations and promptly communicate maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Adhere to infection control standards and universal precautions to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Maintain a constructive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and leadership.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds and able to stand, sit, bend, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks continuously and handle cleaning products safely.
• Follow written and oral instructions accurately on a daily basis.
• Reside within the service area of the facility.
