Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas according to company standards
  • Ensure rooms are supplied with clean linens, bedding, and towels
  • Adhere strictly to all hotel safety and security protocols
  • Maintain familiarity with the hotel property, staff, services, operating hours, and surrounding amenities like malls and restaurants
  • Stock rooms with necessary items such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses
  • Identify and report items guests have left behind following lost and found procedures
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation standards

Additional Information

The hiring process may include phone and in-person interviews, drug screening, background and reference checks, and possibly employment assessments. The role is eligible for paid time off according to company policies and is tip-eligible. Compensation specifics between $14.00 and $15.00 per hour will be discussed during interviews.
