Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the Role

This position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. The role involves a variety of housekeeping tasks to ensure that guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable environment. The Guest Environment Expert is empowered to address their assigned spaces with autonomy and care, performing duties such as servicing guest requests, stocking housekeeping carts, cleaning rooms, and maintaining public areas.

Responsibilities

The main duties include making sure all areas of the hotel meet high cleanliness standards and contribute to a positive guest experience. The role also requires adherence to safety guidelines, company policies, and maintaining professionalism in appearance and communication. Employees will be actively moving, standing, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 pounds as part of their daily tasks.

Requirements

Successful candidates must be able to stand, sit, or walk for sustained periods and physically handle light to moderate lifting. Following standard operating procedures, confidentiality, and safety measures is essential. The position requires a good team spirit and commitment to provide excellent service aligned with Sheraton’s global hospitality standards.
