Role overview

This position is part of the housekeeping and laundry team at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. The role is focused on keeping guest rooms and common areas clean, presentable, and welcoming so guests enjoy a memorable stay.

What you will do

You will handle a broad mix of housekeeping duties, including servicing guest rooms, cleaning public spaces, replenishing housekeeping carts, and responding to guest requests. The job also involves supporting other day-to-day cleaning tasks that help maintain the hotel’s overall appearance and standards.

Work expectations

This is a hands-on, active role that requires long periods of standing, walking, sitting, and moving around the property. You may also need to lift, carry, push, pull, or place items weighing up to 50 lb (22.7 kg) without assistance. You are expected to complete assigned tasks carefully, follow all company procedures, protect confidentiality, and maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication style.
