About the Role

Euphoriya Hospitality Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Training Executive for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive training to outlet staff, emphasizing best practices in food safety, hygiene, customer service, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform induction and practical on-the-job training sessions for employees at various outlets.
• Educate staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and customer interaction techniques.
• Assess and monitor the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of training records.
• Collaborate closely with outlet managers to pinpoint specific training requirements and address skill gaps.
• Travel to different store locations to conduct training and carry out audits as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a graduate degree in any field.
• One to three years of relevant experience within the QSR, restaurant, or broader food service industry.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and ability to coordinate efforts across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support training documentation and presentations.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from INR 13,000 to INR 15,000.
