Located in Qatar, Withstand Group, a premier hospitality enterprise, is seeking skilled hospitality professionals to join its Italian cuisine restaurants. This full-time opportunity invites culinary experts and service staff with a rich background in hospitality and strong communication skills.

Positions and Salaries

• Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine: QAR 4,500
• Chef de Partie (CDP) – Italian Cuisine: QAR 3,000
• Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Italian Cuisine: QAR 2,400
• Commis I – Italian Cuisine: QAR 2,200
• Commis II – Italian Cuisine: QAR 2,000
• Commis III – Italian Cuisine: QAR 1,800
• Waitress: QAR 1,800

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Roles (Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP, Commis I/II/III)

• Craft authentic Italian dishes adhering to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and portioned according to restaurant norms.
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety following HACCP guidelines.
• Keep track of food quality, stock, and kitchen supplies.
• Support menu creation and daily kitchen workflow.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team for prompt service delivery.

Waitress Role

• Greet guests warmly and deliver professional customer service.
• Accurately process food and drink orders.
• Serve meals and beverages while maintaining high standards of service.
• Address guest queries and resolve any concerns with professionalism.
• Ensure the cleanliness of dining spaces and a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is desirable.
• Mandatory experience in the hospitality sector.
• Italian cuisine experience is required for all kitchen positions.
• Background in restaurants or hotels is favored.
• Experience in GCC countries is considered an advantage.
