Health and Safety Advisor

About the Role

Join a respected tier 1 main contractor based in Dublin, delivering major landmark construction projects with a strong emphasis on Health and Safety across all levels—from frontline staff to senior leadership. You will initially be assigned to a long-term school construction project with additional upcoming works in the region. As part of a knowledgeable and supportive team experienced in large-scale engineering and construction, this opportunity offers substantial scope for professional growth and influence on site safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead safety initiatives at the construction site to promote best practices and continuous improvements.
• Conduct thorough safety inspections, risk assessments, and deliver safety inductions for personnel.
• Lead investigations into incidents, ensuring prompt identification and implementation of corrective measures.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree qualification or equivalent certification in Health and Safety.
• Proven experience in a comparable role, ideally on large construction sites for main contractors.
• Previous construction industry experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to commute to South Dublin location.

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from €70,000 to €80,000 depending on experience.
