Position Overview

We are inviting applications for the role of Head of Operations at Revista Mulheres Na TI. Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's vision and growth objectives.
• Manage daily business operations to uphold productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
• Design and refine operational workflows, processes, and performance benchmarks continuously.
• Track operational KPIs and offer actionable insights to senior management.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence, including process optimization, automation, and cost management.
• Partner with department heads to synchronize operational efforts with business targets and customer needs.
• Oversee resource allocation, workforce planning, budgeting, and forecast operational demands.
• Identify and address operational risks to maintain uninterrupted business activities.
• Guide organizational change management and continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and quality controls.
• Mentor operational managers and teams, cultivating accountability and high performance.
• Assist in strategic planning, business expansion, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and operational updates for top leadership and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, business leadership, supply chain, or logistics roles.
• In-depth knowledge of operational strategy, process enhancement, and performance oversight.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage extensive operational portfolios.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, business analytics, and operational reporting tools.
