Head of Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations

Role Overview

The position involves leading the engineering, deployment, and optimization of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for both enterprise and client environments. You will serve as the technical authority, shaping cybersecurity strategies, solution designs, and managing complex incident responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the architecture, deployment, and continuous improvement of security solutions encompassing SIEM, EDR/XDR, Network Security, Identity and Access Management, Operational Technology Security, AI Security, and Security regards to AI systems.
• Establish and promote best practices for security operations, threat detection, incident response, and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Develop and integrate security technologies into unified, scalable, and automated frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with sales and consulting teams to create technically sound and competitive cybersecurity services.
• Assess and assimilate emerging cybersecurity technologies into service offerings.
• Lead technical responses during major security incidents and client escalations.
• Support and mentor engineering teams on advanced cybersecurity methodologies, tools, and architectural designs without serving as a traditional people manager.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership and expertise in cybersecurity engineering and operational disciplines within healthcare or similar sectors.
