Position Overview
We seek a dynamic leader to establish and grow a commission-based creator program that will serve as a fundamental growth avenue for the company. This opportunity is distinct from conventional influencer marketing roles; it requires expertise in developing affiliate or ambassador programs where creators consistently generate organic content and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard a large number of creators effectively.
- Implement systems to motivate and sustain continuous content creation from creators.
- Manage and nurture a vibrant creator community.
- Design strategies, incentives, and structured programs aimed at boosting creator participation and loyalty.
- Analyze and scale successful content initiatives.
- Be accountable for key metrics such as active creator count, volume of content produced, revenue generated through creators, and creator retention rates.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in creating and scaling commission-based creator, affiliate, or ambassador programs.
- Experience in recruiting and activating hundreds of creators.
- Proven ability to drive creator engagement and retention by developing systems beyond one-time campaigns.
- History of delivering measurable business impacts through a creator community.

- Compensation: Salary range from $120,000 to $200,000 annually, dependent on experience.
