Job Overview
We are seeking experienced multi-trade handymen for maintenance roles focusing on post-construction finishing and snagging in newly built residential estates. The position requires immediate availability for work at local housing developments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform detailed finishing and snagging tasks in new residential flats.
- Carry out minor repairs including touch-up painting, applying mastic sealant, adjusting hinges, and fixing slight drywall or tiling issues.
- Conduct maintenance activities while interacting professionally with customers in completed properties.
Requirements
- Possession of a comprehensive set of personal hand and power tools is mandatory.
- Current, valid CSCS card and a UK driving licence are essential.
- Demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor in customer-oriented situations.
