Role Overview

The Guest Room Attendant is key to maintaining impeccable cleanliness and upkeep in guest accommodations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure rooms meet the highest standards, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Duties include thorough cleaning and sanitization of all surfaces, restocking amenities such as toiletries and towels, and promptly identifying and reporting any maintenance concerns. The position demands adherence to strict health and safety protocols as well as Four Seasons’ service standards.

About the Property

The hotel is situated in a prime Riyadh location with 276 spacious rooms including 39 suites. Facilities include three dining venues with a combined capacity of 250 guests, extensive event spaces spanning over 7,200 square meters, and a luxury spa with multiple treatment rooms and a fully equipped fitness center.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
