Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point for guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure, ensuring a friendly, customized, and efficient service.
• Proactively identify guest needs by providing tailored solutions, upgrades, or suggestions based on preferences and cultural norms.
• Address guest issues quickly and tactfully, escalating when required while preserving the brand's reputation and service standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, concierge, food and beverage, and management teams to maintain operational harmony and seamless service.
• Keep detailed records of guest interactions, feedback, and requests utilizing CRM or property management software.
• Exude professionalism while representing the brand during important visits, events, or emergencies, upholding UAE hospitality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for international guest interaction.
• Experience using Opera PMS or similar property management platforms.
• Proven background in guest service roles within hotels, resorts, or luxury venues.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability to cater to a diverse range of guests.
• Strong multitasking ability, maintaining focus on details under pressure.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Arabic for engaging local guests.
• Familiarity with VIP protocols or concierge services is advantageous.
• Experience with UAE hospitality standards or in five-star establishments is a plus.
