Job description
Position Overview
The Guest Experience Expert plays a vital role in delivering memorable and unique guest services beyond standard check-in and check-out. Empowered to proactively address operational needs and guest requests, this role ensures transactions are seamless and part of an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include guiding guests throughout their stay, handling requests, completing necessary reports, and sharing local highlights.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Facilitate smooth guest interactions and ensure an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.
- Respond proactively to guest inquiries and fulfill operational requirements.
- Maintain thorough completion of reports as needed.
- Share knowledge of local attractions and highlights to enhance guest stay.
- Perform hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Remain mobile and on feet for extended periods throughout work shifts.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure workplace safety and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
- Represent the company professionally through appearance, uniform, and communication.
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. No prior work or supervisory experience is necessary, and no licenses or certifications are needed.
