About the Role

Join SJ Group as a Group Strategy and M&A Analyst focused on the Built Environment sector. This full-time onsite position based in Singapore offers the opportunity to develop expertise in market research, transaction execution, and corporate restructuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Support market research efforts and assist in executing transactions within the Built Environment sector.
• Coordinate and contribute to various corporate planning and restructuring projects.
• Develop presentation materials and decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, peer benchmarking, and company analyses.
• Help manage external consultancy engagements and related assignments.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and solid business judgment.
• Possesses comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous internship experience in mergers & acquisitions or corporate finance is advantageous.
