About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative Visual Designer with over three years of professional experience to join our team in Mysore, Karnataka. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles and a methodical approach to the creative process, from initial concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative ideation sessions to generate innovative visual concepts.
- Create mood boards and define color schemes in line with brand identity.
- Establish clear visual directions that align with overall brand guidelines.
- Use research, trend analysis, and insights to guide design decisions.
- Ensure all visual materials are consistent and of high quality across various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and engaging visual experiences for digital and marketing channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience in visual or graphic design roles.
- Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, with familiarity in other design software.
- Proven expertise in fundamental design areas: typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and diverse stylistic capabilities.
- Experience in developing extensive visual systems that ensure consistency across projects.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in dynamic environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively justify design choices and work collaboratively.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Premiere, and After Effects.
