Graphic Designer – Embedded Client Role (Arabic Speaker)

Job Overview

An experienced Arabic-speaking Graphic Designer is required for a full-time embedded position in Doha, Qatar. The role involves working closely with the client team to deliver high-quality design solutions while demonstrating professionalism, dependability, and cooperative teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and modify creative content for digital and print media including marketing campaigns, social media posts, presentations, reports, publications, infographics, and communications.
• Design both Arabic and bilingual (Arabic/English) materials ensuring strong command of Arabic typography and layout.
• Create visually compelling designs adhering strictly to established brand standards.
• Efficiently manage several projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs promptly and effectively.
• Prepare precise and production-ready artwork suitable for digital usage and printing.
• Keep project files well-organized with version control and maintain confidentiality of all design materials.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Fluent Arabic speaker with working proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, corporate, or comparable environment.
• High-level skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Robust portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and especially Arabic/bilingual design projects.
• Strong capability in typography, layout design, composition, and visual conceptualization.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to comprehend and implement design briefs independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills enabling efficient multi-tasking and prioritization.

Working Conditions and Additional Information

• This is a full-time, on-premises position in Doha, Qatar.
• The designer will work directly as part of the client team while keeping in coordination with the employer.
