Role Overview

As a valued GrandFlex team member, you will contribute to nurturing and stimulating environments that promote children's growth. Key responsibilities include being a positive role model and supporting children’s learning, play, and well-being throughout each day. You will assist in creating welcoming settings for children and families, working alongside Level 3 qualified practitioners in planning and facilitating activities. Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards is essential. You will also engage in fostering a culture of care, teamwork, and continuous development.
