We are looking for a Government Relations Officer to accelerate our growth, especially in Saudi Arabia, where our quick delivery service Noon Minutes is live.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Saudi regulatory bodies such as TGA, SASO, and GEOSA to secure necessary approvals and ensure regulatory compliance for robotics and autonomous delivery operations.
• Forge strategic partnerships with real estate developers, master community managers, and ecosystem stakeholders to identify and implement delivery deployment opportunities.
• Serve as the principal local liaison for external stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment among partners.
• Monitor and anticipate regulatory changes to facilitate the integration of autonomous delivery technology throughout the Kingdom.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience working closely with Saudi governmental agencies, regulators, or important public-sector stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia's regulatory environment and proficiency navigating official approval procedures.
• Track record of managing and nurturing high-level relationships across both public and private sectors.
• Preferred existing connections within government bodies, real estate development, infrastructure sectors, or associated fields.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities in Arabic and English.
• Strong project management talents and capability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
