Key Responsibilities

The selected professional will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with government stakeholders, supporting operational continuity, and coordinating official engagements in line with international governance standards.

Government Liaison and Regulatory Coordination

  • Act as the main link between the company and Somaliland ministries, departments, and other administrative bodies.
  • Handle coordination for licences, permits, registrations, immigration-related matters, work permits, and other government procedures.
  • Track regulatory changes, administrative updates, and compliance requirements that affect business operations.
  • Organize responses to inspections, official queries, and regulatory requests.

Documentation and Administrative Support

  • Prepare, check, arrange, and store official letters, applications, reports, and memoranda.
