Position Overview

The Global Senior Vice President of eCommerce Solutions leads the strategic development and execution of the company's ecommerce portfolio. This role involves charting the expansion roadmap, managing client accounts, and directing daily operations of the sales team to deliver robust business growth globally.

Key Responsibilities

Drive profitable revenue growth and penetration of eCommerce offerings worldwide in partnership with regional teams.
Monitor portfolio profitability and prioritize initiatives that boost EBITDA performance.
Design and implement global and regional sales plans aligned with the overall NIQ ecommerce strategy while directly managing global sales and providing guidance to regional sales teams.
Set and achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets and manage budgets accordingly.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for ecommerce, partnering with marketing and sales enablement functions to create impactful sales campaigns, proposals, and tools.
Maintain updated buyer personas and deliver clear value propositions tailored to client business goals and KPIs.
Lead senior-level client engagements including major RFI/RFP processes and executive meetings, identifying cross-selling and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with product and P&L teams to influence product roadmaps based on market insights, client feedback, and competition analysis.
Oversee and develop the global partnership, alliance, and M&A pipeline to strengthen the eCommerce portfolio.
Build and nurture a high-performing global sales team by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and establishing training programs.
Represent the company at industry forums and advisory boards, leveraging early market feedback to shape strategic direction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.
10 to 15 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within SaaS environments.
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in digital shelf and eCommerce solutions is highly advantageous.
Strong expertise in sales methodologies, employee motivation, and market competitive knowledge.
Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service capabilities.
Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and innovative thinking aptitude.

Additional Details and Benefits

This role is compensated with a competitive base salary range from $189,700 to $275,000 annually, depending on experience and location. Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and sales incentives is included.
