General Operative - Recruitment Open Days on 14 & 15 August

About the Roles

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at the Anwick site across various operational roles. Positions available include production operatives with day or twilight shifts, machine minders/operators, Delford operatives, and hygiene operatives. Our recruitment open days provide the perfect opportunity to learn more and apply in person.

Shift Patterns and Pay

• Production Operatives (Days): 223 shift pattern from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Week 1 days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. Week 2 days: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday. Hourly rate: £13.10.
• Production Operatives (Twilight): Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Hourly rate: £13.60.
• Machine Minders/Operators (Twilight): Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Hourly rate: £14.58.
• Delford Operatives (Twilight): Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Hourly rate: £14.58.
• Hygiene Operatives (Nights - own transport required): Shift A - Sunday 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Thursday 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM; Shift B - Tuesday to Friday 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Saturday 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM; Shift C - Friday and Monday 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM; Saturday and Sunday 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Hourly rate: £16.26.

Recruitment Event Details

• Saturday, 15 August 2026 at 9:00 AM.

Location: Pilgrim's Europe, Main Street, Anwick, NG34 9SL.
