Key Responsibilities

• Provide general support to ensure safe execution of assigned project tasks.
• Carry out all duties following supervisor instructions, adhering strictly to company and project safety protocols.
• Maintain a consistent safety-first mindset during all operations.
• Assist skilled trade workers with their tasks as needed.
• Prepare and maintain the worksite under supervisory guidance.
• Maintain site cleanliness and orderliness through general housekeeping duties.
• Follow work schedules as directed by supervisors.
• Obtain necessary tools and materials to aid trade personnel during activities.
• Address minor issues within your capability that may impede task completion.
• Actively seek additional assignments when workload permits.
• Comply with company policies, standard practices, and procedures at all times.
• Participate in regular Toolbox Talks and contribute to emergency response procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a full and clean driving license is mandatory.
• Manual handling experience is advantageous; training may be offered.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Good time management skills to meet daily targets.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
