About the Company

We are a rapidly expanding organization specializing in premium automotive protection products including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Window Film, and other related solutions. Our footprint spans the UAE and GCC markets, where we are focused on growth and expanding our influence.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Craft and implement business strategies focused on sustainable growth and profitability.
• Manage all daily business functions across sales, marketing, finance, human resources, administration, and supply chain departments.
• Build and lead a motivated, high-achieving team while nurturing a positive and strong organizational culture.
• Develop and enhance B2B sales channels, forging lasting partnerships with distributors, dealers, and key strategic allies.
• Explore new business prospects and broaden the company's market reach within the UAE and the greater GCC region.
• Create policies, key performance indicators, and management systems to boost efficiency throughout the organization.
• Develop annual budgets, continuously track financial performance, and maintain stringent cost control measures.
• Ensure all operations comply with UAE statutory regulations, labor laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Report regularly to company shareholders and owners concerning business results, strategic plans, and operational status.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA qualifications are a plus.
• Hold a minimum of 8 to 10 years' senior management experience, including at least 5 years in roles such as General Manager or Business Director.
• Preferably have experience in automotive aftermarket sectors such as accessories, PPF, window films, automotive detailing, or related industries.
• Demonstrate a strong background in driving business growth, overseeing sales operations, and leading organizations effectively.
• Exhibit excellent financial expertise, including budgeting and profit/loss management.
• Possess robust leadership abilities along with strong communication, negotiation, and critical decision-making skills.
• Have sound knowledge of UAE business environment and labor laws.
• Be fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is an added advantage.
