Role Overview
This full-time remote position as a Fund Raising Executive involves identifying potential donors, partners, and sponsors and fostering long-term connections through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Responsibilities include designing and executing fundraising campaigns, preparing compelling proposals and presentations, and maintaining detailed records of donor engagements and contributions. Coordination with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and regular tracking and reporting of progress against targets are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, researching new funding opportunities and contributing ideas to bolster outreach and donor retention initiatives are expected.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal engagement are essential for effective interaction with donors and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relationship management, networking, and stakeholder coordination is required to establish and maintain partnerships.
- Competence in planning, organizing, and time management to successfully execute campaigns and achieve targets.
- Analytical and research capabilities to identify funding prospects and understand donor demographics.
- Familiarity with office productivity software (spreadsheets, presentations) and remote collaboration tools, including CRM or donor management systems.
- Relevant background in fundraising, sales, business development, or nonprofit/CSR roles is highly advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, social work, or related disciplines is preferred but not compulsory.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment, maintain integrity in handling financial data, and demonstrate dedication to creating social impact.
