About Mitre 10
Mitre 10 has been a foundational part of New Zealand's home improvement scene since 1974, encouraging Kiwis to enjoy their living, working, and recreational environments through its home improvement, garden, and trade offerings.
Role Overview
We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Functional Process Specialists to join our Albany Support Centre on a two-year fixed-term contract. This key position involves deploying our Programme ONE solutions across our Mitre 10 store network nationwide, serving as first-level support to store teams and guiding them through their deployment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert first-line support to in-store personnel, providing process guidance and SAP system operation advice.
- Customize processes to align with each store's unique needs within the Mitre 10 Target Operating Model framework.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Programme ONE team members and store representatives nationwide.
- Partner with the Learning Experience team to design ongoing training initiatives, enhancing in-store capabilities before and after deployment.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated retail experience with thorough understanding of operational processes.
- Familiarity with SAP systems preferred, showing confidence in managing complex software.
- Effective communication skills suited to engaging across all organizational levels from store teams to senior management.
- Proficiency in collaboration techniques and conducting workshops.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities considered an advantage for data-informed decision-making.

This position requires frequent travel; therefore, flexibility is essential.
