Role Overview

As a Meat Clerk / Wrapper, you will engage directly with customers providing expert advice ranging from grilling techniques to nutritional guidance. You will be trained to prepare high-quality meat cuts and contribute to delivering some of the most popular products to our clientele.

Primary Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures consistently.
• Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with organizational programs.
• Skillfully cut and prepare meat products using knives and saws for display.
• Restock meat products and maintain shelf displays.
• Organize merchandise presentations compliant with company standards.
• Operate commercial power equipment safely and effectively.
• Handle order writing tasks.
• Receive shipments, rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Maintain stocked product showcases effectively.
• Keep the workspace clean and sanitized regularly.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in retail meat cutting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with different meat cuts is advantageous; however, company-specific training will be provided.
• Demonstrates quick learning ability.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and a cooperative team player.
