Overview
Supermac's and Papa John's located at the Collooney Roundabout Service Station in Sligo are looking to hire both Full-Time and Part-Time Catering Assistants dedicated to delivering excellent food and customer care.
Role Purpose
The Catering Assistant works closely with the management team to ensure customers receive top quality food, excellent service, and a clean environment consistently. This role requires friendly, efficient interaction with guests, colleagues, and supervisors, following all company training and standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook. The primary objective is to accurately and promptly serve customers with their ordered meals in a welcoming manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain company standards by working in assigned areas that adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality requirements, ensuring consistent service.
- Collaborate as a team member, treating all coworkers and managers with respect and professionalism.
- Adhere strictly to training and company policies regarding food preparation, production, storage, and presentation.
- Present a professional image both on-site and off during work hours.
- Deliver warm and friendly customer service with every interaction.
- Support management initiatives aimed at increasing customer footfall and sales revenue daily.
- Follow correct procedures for cash handling as instructed by management personnel.
- Maintain personal appearance and uniform in line with company guidelines.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working in any area of the restaurant as assigned by the Manager.
- Always prioritize customer satisfaction from opening to closing hours.
Work Environment
The position involves working in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment where cooperation and effective communication among team members are critical to smooth operations.
Additional Information
Applicants must be available for varied shifts across all days of the week, Monday through Sunday.
