Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with the Store Manager to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and hitting personal sales targets.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their selling skills and performance.
• Maintain excellent stock management standards including shrinkage control.
• Ensure attractive merchandising aligned with promotional guidelines.
• Oversee operational tasks such as stock replenishment, tagging, customer repairs, housekeeping, and administrative duties.
