Role overview
RevPilots is a boutique recruiting agency that supports startups and fast-growing businesses in hiring strong commercial talent. The firm mainly works on roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other go-to-market functions. The team values quality outcomes over volume and works with urgency.
This position is for a recruiter who enjoys building talent pipelines, tackling challenging searches, and managing the full recruiting process from intake to placement. It is not a business development role; the founder continues to lead sales and client management while this hire focuses on recruiting execution.
Location: Remote, United States.
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 base salary plus uncapped performance bonuses, with on-target earnings of $100,000–$130,000.
What you will do
- Lead recruiting assignments end to end while working closely with the founder on search planning and calibration.
- Create sourcing plans tailored to each role and build market maps to identify the right target companies and candidate pools.
- Find passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, AI tools, and other creative research approaches.
- Develop strong candidate pipelines across several searches running at the same time.
- Adjust search strategy continuously based on feedback from the market and clients.
- Identify and engage candidates that other recruiters may miss.
- Handle outreach, screening, interviews, communication, interview coordination, preparation support, follow-ups, and offer closing.
- Provide a polished candidate experience from first contact through hiring.
- Manage 5–8 or more active searches simultaneously and keep each one moving daily.
- Maintain well-organized pipelines, records, and recruiting documentation.
- Improve recruiting workflows and use AI to drive speed and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3–6+ years of agency recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success managing searches from intake through placement.
- Strong sourcing capability, especially for passive candidates.
- Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methods.
- Solid interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple searches without compromising quality.
- Curious, resourceful, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve recruiting workflows and productivity.
Preferred background
- Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS or sales-focused roles.
- Background supporting startups or high-growth companies.
- Exposure to executive search or agency recruiting environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for recruiting process improvements.
