Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Front of House Servers to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Duties

• Offer outstanding service to customers ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Welcome patrons and provide them with menus.
• Advise guests on menu items tailored to their preferences.
• Accurately take and promptly serve food and beverage orders.
• Perform appropriate upselling to enhance sales.
• Set up tables with necessary items and ensure cleanliness throughout service.
• Present bills and handle payment transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health department policies and customer service standards rigorously.

Compensation and Schedule

The position offers competitive hourly wages: $27 per hour from Monday to Friday, $34 per hour on Saturdays, and $38 per hour on Sundays. Employees also benefit from weekly tips.
