About the Role
We are seeking fresher graduates of 2025 and 2026 batches for an International Voice Process position based in Bangalore, Pune, or Mumbai. This role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring all interactions are accurately documented in the designated tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound communication through calls, emails, and chats.
- Maintain precise records of all cases and interactions using required software tools.
- Work as an individual contributor within a team under a focused scope.
Candidate Requirements
- Only fresh graduates interested in international voice processes are eligible to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
- Immediate availability to join.
Additional Information
- Work location is strictly office-based with no remote option.
- Cab facility is provided for both ways commuting.
- Salary can be up to 28,000 INR per month.
