About the Role

Beeba Logistics is looking to expand its USA and Mexico freight operations by hiring a Remote Freight Broker. The successful candidate will be instrumental in attracting new customers, scheduling freight shipments, negotiating rates, and fostering strong relationships with both shippers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients to boost the freight network.
• Manage load bookings efficiently to ensure timely freight movement.
• Negotiate competitive rates with shippers and carriers to maximize profitability.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting business relationships within the logistics community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Preferred experience working with dry van, refrigerated (reefer), or cross-border freight.
• Excellent communication skills that facilitate clear and persuasive negotiations.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple freight bookings and customer interactions seamlessly.
• Self-motivated and passionate about logistics and freight brokerage.
