We are seeking a versatile and proficient Graphic Designer to collaborate on our Tendem project, which integrates AI with human expertise to optimize data scraping workflows.

Role Overview

As a freelance Graphic Designer for Tendem, you will focus on creating diverse visual outputs including layouts, infographics, and social media templates. Your creativity and precision will convert fundamental ideas into polished, professional designs to support marketing and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clean, modern layouts and infographics that establish a clear visual hierarchy ensuring content is engaging and easy to read.
Create reusable and appealing templates suitable for various social media channels and impactful one-page designs.
Enhance everyday visual materials by applying advanced typography, structured grid systems, and deliberate composition.
Translate raw data and concepts into refined visual assets tailored to marketing and communication needs.
Maintain strict design quality by systematically verifying visual consistency in alignment, color, and layout before delivery.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic, digital design, or visual communications is preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields adds value.
Strong expertise in typography, grid systems, and composition to uplift standard materials.
Ability to create cleanly structured information through infographics and social media templates.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Capability to switch seamlessly between designing one-pagers and dynamic digital templates.
Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (B2 level or above) is necessary.
An adaptable and detail-oriented approach with a fast-paced workflow capacity.
Commitment to producing visually refined, professional-quality designs.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Portfolio with examples of graphic design work is mandatory for consideration.

Working Hours and Compensation

Project work may require about 10-20 hours weekly during active phases. This workload is an estimate and depends on project needs, with no guaranteed hours.

Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour based on experience, contribution quality, and pace. Rates vary by project scope and complexity.
