Key Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Create and maintain sophisticated financial models to aid strategic decision making.
• Offer insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data.
• Oversee the compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with different business units to align with financial objectives.
• Support mergers and acquisitions activities along with post-deal integration.
• Manage and mentor a team of FP&A analysts to foster their growth.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Candidate Profile and Required Skills

• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA.
• Proven analytical capabilities with strong financial modelling expertise.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker capable of influencing senior management.
• Experience within large corporates, public limited companies, or multinational enterprises.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI is essential.
