Overview
Join Reonic as a Founders Associate in the greentech sector, working on-site in Augsburg or Berlin. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the company’s founders, contributing directly to strategic initiatives and playing a crucial part in shaping a fast-growing startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with co-founders and the leadership team to drive and evolve company strategy.
- Lead strategic and operational projects from inception to execution, managing them proactively and independently.
- Coordinate with departments including Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Venture Development to advance priority initiatives.
- Engage hands-on with critical business challenges and solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in startup environments.
- Enrollment in a top-tier university with a strong entrepreneurial emphasis.
- Strategic and analytical thinker who is also practical and action-oriented.
- Highly motivated, willing to exceed standard expectations as needed.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving, dynamic settings.
- Curious about the integration of technology, operation, and business strategies in scaling companies.
- Prepared to commit time beyond normal working hours.
- Fluent in English at C2 level; German language skills are advantageous.
