About the Role
Join the Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara under Minor Hotels, a global hotel owner and operator with over 530 properties worldwide. This position supports the hotel's Food & Beverage operations aiming to enhance guest satisfaction, boost team performance, and improve business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding brand and Food & Beverage standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and delivering prompt, courteous service. Develop and nurture a strong team atmosphere, manage daily team member relations, and empower staff through effective training and problem-solving encouragement.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High standards of grooming and personal hygiene.
- Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and a positive, pleasant personality.
- Currently hold the Food & Beverage Captain role or equivalent qualifications relevant to this position.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic team setting.
- Excellent team player with trackable references supporting relevant experience.
