About the role

The Fresh Factory is building a refined, wellness-led food and retail space that combines hospitality, culture, and mindful living. The team is hiring an F&B Executive to keep daily operations structured, lively, accountable, and consistently efficient on the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee everyday café operations and make sure each shift runs smoothly
• Maintain strong guest service quality and hospitality standards
• Act as a coordination point between the kitchen, service, and retail teams
• Supervise staff, support training, and enforce discipline where needed
• Handle inventory coordination and basic stock control
• Implement hygiene practices, follow SOPs, and maintain operational consistency

Candidate profile

• Background in premium cafés, restaurants, or hospitality operations is preferred
• Comfortable balancing customer-facing service with backend execution
• Well-organized, quick to act, careful with details, and accountable
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
