Food and Beverage Assistant

Role overview

The Address Cork is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join its hospitality team. In this position, you will support the Food and Beverage Supervisor by delivering service to guests and customers while helping maintain a consistently high level of customer care across the outlets.

What you will do

• Provide food and beverage service to guests in line with the venue’s service standards and operating procedures.
• Accurately take orders for food and drinks, then complete guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Know the menus well enough to describe dishes clearly to guests and identify upselling opportunities where appropriate.
• Help ensure guests have a positive experience and maintain strong customer satisfaction throughout service.
• Keep the outlet clean during your shift and follow scheduled deep-cleaning routines.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will have at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food and beverage customer service setting. You should be comfortable starting early shifts from 6:30am, and you must be fluent in English with strong communication skills.
