About the Company
The company is a prominent engineering and machinery manufacturing firm focused on producing industrial machines and equipment catering to the foundry and metal casting sector.
Job Location and Schedule
This position is based in Pandesara GIDC, Surat, Gujarat. Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with Saturdays off as a weekly holiday.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and fit mechanical and structural parts following technical blueprints.
- Carry out cutting, shaping, fabrication, and repair tasks on various components.
- Utilize basic MIG and TIG welding tools and machinery.
- Conduct equipment maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and perform repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess an ITI certification in Fitter trade.
- At least one year of practical experience in relevant fitting or welding roles.
- Understanding of fabrication, fitting techniques, and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Preference for male candidates.
