These positions are available across multiple locations including Melbourne (Naarm), Perth (Boorloo), Canberra (Ngambri), Brisbane (Meanjin), and Sydney (Warrang). Flexible working arrangements including reduced hours can be discussed.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly evaluate clearance cases, managing complex procedures under guidance from experienced leaders.
- Efficiently manage assigned caseloads to meet process targets.
- Lead teams and collaborate with internal and external partners where applicable.
- Oversee complex workflows, either as a contributor or team lead, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards.
- Maintain rigorous quality control to deliver reliable outcomes in all vetting activities.
Desired Skills and Personal Attributes
- Exceptional attention to detail in analyzing extensive data and identifying potential security risks.
- Strong commitment to upholding quality assurance throughout vetting processes and documentation.
- Effective time management to meet deadlines despite competing priorities.
- Preference for Australian citizens holding at least a Baseline Security Clearance, with potential advancement to Negative Vetting Level 1 or 2.
