Role Overview

This position is responsible for directing daily pickup activities so merchant orders are collected on schedule and moved to hubs in line with service-level targets and routing plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate the daily pickup schedule across field teams.
• Use dashboards or system tools to keep track of pickup performance in real time.
• Monitor SLA adherence, pickup success rates, and order accuracy.
• Respond to merchant escalations and drive them through to resolution.
• Guide and oversee field coordinators to keep performance aligned with operational goals.
• Run morning huddles and close the day with summary updates.
• Check that pickup reports and system entries are accurate and complete.
• Liaise with Reverse and Linehaul teams to ensure handoffs happen smoothly.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations.
• Strong people management and communication abilities are important.
• Working knowledge of pickup workflows, route planning, and operational KPIs is needed.
• Comfort with Excel and operational tracking systems is expected.
