Role Summary

The Financial Analyst will be instrumental in assessing and enhancing our financial and operational metrics. Positioned at the cross-section of finance and data analytics, this role involves developing automated reporting, predictive models, and financial calculators. Collaborating across departments, the analyst supports operational decision-making and pricing strategies with data-driven insights. Work Environment & Locations

As a telework-first employer, we offer remote and hybrid opportunities exclusively to residents in specific U.S. states where we hold business licenses. These include AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $75,200 to $90,300 annually, varying based on factors such as role, location, and qualifications. Additional compensation may include bonuses. Responsibilities

Design and oversee financial dashboards using Looker Studio and BigQuery.
Develop and refine financial metric calculation and reporting mechanisms across departments, adapting data sourcing strategies as needed.
Construct and update financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and risk/opportunity identification.
Compile detailed analytical reports and strategic presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance data architecture for efficient ingestion.
Use SQL to interrogate large datasets to discover trends, patterns, and root causes of business challenges.
Communicate analytical findings into actionable strategies for leaders in non-technical roles.
Partner with product and sales teams to develop pricing methods for Entegral offerings.
Employ AI and advanced analytics frameworks to design interactive financial tools and scenario models.
Analyze product profitability and vendor costs, modeling pricing changes and identifying margin enhancement possibilities.
Prepare financial presentations for the Executive Leadership Team.
Lead project management efforts for various company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship currently or in the future.
Residency in AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 2-4 times annually to attend meetings and trainings including locations like Madison, WI and St. Louis, MO.
At least 18 years old.
Remote work setup with reliable high-speed internet, dedicated workspace, and webcam; participation in video meetings is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or an equivalent field.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data or financial analytics, demonstrating understanding of financial data translation, data pipelines, SQL, machine learning, and visualization.
Proficiency at intermediate level or above in Excel.
Experience using cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.

Preferred:

Background in Accounting or Finance within a SaaS environment.
Familiarity with Google Suite tools including Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
Experience with AI applications.
