Role & Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via calls and digital channels to provide information on mutual funds, fixed deposits, bonds, and debentures.
• Design personalized investment plans that cater to clients’ short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial objectives.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, ensuring consistent engagement across various communication platforms.
• Keep updated with market conditions, financial products, and emerging investment opportunities to offer accurate and timely advice.
• Support business expansion by monitoring leads, following up on potential clients, and acquiring new customers through referrals, networking, and local outreach activities.
• When necessary, male candidates may be required to visit clients’ locations to complete documentation, at any time or day.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates with no prior experience required.

Remuneration & Working Days

Salary is aligned with company standards, ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 55,000 per month.

The workweek runs from Monday to Saturday for the first six months, after which alternate Saturdays off are provided.
